Knighted chef Gualtiero Marchesi opened this restaurant in the building of the La Scala Theatre in 2008. This Michelin-starred chef offers breakfasts, large and small, a 26-dish lunchtime menu accompanied by a tasting menu (a good way to sample all the delights), afternoon pastries and cakes, before moving on to the evening's delights.
Specialities include Marchesino caprese salad, chicken Kiev, summer vegetable mix, golden Marchesini, ossobuco with risotto, tuna goulash, saffron risotto with gold and 'carne e pesce' a combination of raw meat and fish.
Open Monday to Saturday from 08:00 to midnight.
