Radiobus is Milan's on-request bus service, combining the advantages of traditional, low cost public transport and taxis. The buses seat about 20 passengers. To use the radiobus service, it must be booked in advance by phone, text, online or fax. Tickets can be purchased on the bus or, slightly cheaper, at ATM ticket booths. Since it is a booking-only service, Radiobus lowers waiting times, shortens journeys on foot and allows passengers to travel in safety and comfort.
