Sights & Sites
This gallery showcases the work of 19th and 20th-century local artists from the Lombardy region and the area around Venice.
The Ponte Rosso gallery was founded by Orlando Consonni in 1955 and started its activities as a publishing house to promote the knowledge of contemporary Italian painting of a particularly realistic nature.
In 1973, Nanda and Orlando Consonni opened the art gallery in Via Brera and began to show works by local Lombardy artists. This continues to be its focus today and is a good place to view work of regional artists.
When to come
