The name of the restaurant VUN in the Milanese dialect means "one", a name that express not only the close relationship that it has with the city of Milan, but also its desire to awaken feelings and emotions that are distinct in Milanese cuisine.

According to chef Andrea Aprea, "My contemporary cuisine looks to the future without forgetting its origins. Each idea stems from my curiosity and everything is a source of inspiration for me: a picture, a piece of furniture, a place, an aroma, a person."
