If you are a fan of olive oils, this is the place to go. Translated as "Tano, pass me the oil" (Tano is the owner/chef), this restaurant uses about 40 different varieties of olive oil in their cooking, specially selected for each dish, producing simple and elegant modern Mediterranean cuisine.

The menu features elaborate dishes made with fresh, local ingredients, mainly seafood and meat, devised by chef Tano Simonato. Their wine list includes 350 varieties.

Open Monday to Saturday from 20:00 to 23:30.
