Run by the critically-acclaimed chef Claudio Sadler, this restaurant has a string of cute overlapping little dining rooms providing an intimate feel. It offers a distinguished dining experience and an ever-changing menu of the day.

Sadler is one of the most important experts on Italian cuisine. He has reinvented tradition through contemporary techniques and materials. He won his first Michelin star in 1991, while the second came in 2002 and stayed with him.

The restaurant has a central dining room for up to 14 diners, with views onto the kitchen, as well as four other rooms. They offer a range of tasting menus from €75 to €170, some including wine, as well as à la carte dining.

Open from Monday to Saturday for dinner only, from 19:00 to 23:00. They usually close for a couple of weeks in August.
