The Orto Green Food & Mood Restaurant by Eataly, to give it it's full moniker, has created a menu that showcases the local produce from in and around Milan and Lombardy. In particular, it makes wide use of local vegetables in keeping with the green and eco theme of the Starhotels Echo hotel that contains the restaurant.
The restaurant has a natural, green decor including back-lit murals of a verdant vegetable garden. and the menu is changed based on the seasonality of the locally sourced ingredients.
