Nu Italian Restaurant, Milan - Centre
The Far East meets classic Milan
At a glance, the Nu Italian restaurant has a very traditional Italian menu, featuring dishes like asparagus risotto or simple filetto di manzo alla griglia. However, as you uncover the creativity of the use of fresh fish throughout the menu, it becomes clear that this is something special.
The restaurant is on the top floor of the Nu Hotel Milan, near the Udine metro station, and has a large terrace to enjoy the sights and sounds of Milan.
The highlights of the menu are undoubtably any of the fabulous fish dishes from antipasti through to secondi piatti. Sashimis, shell fish, inventive pasta and more classic fish fillets are the tip of the iceberg for the restaurants blend of Italian classics and influences from everywhere as far as Japan.
The restaurant serves lunch as well as evening meals, and the Nu Lounge is a less formal setting for taking a few sushis or other smaller meals.
