Iyo Restaurant, Milan - Centre

Michelin starred Japanese restaurant

featured in Restaurants Updated

Owner Claudio Liu opened this restaurant in 2007, and they achieved a Michelin star in 2015 because of the innovation of their Asian menu, devised by chef Michele Biassoni, as well as the spectacular sushi created by master Haruo Ichikawa.

They combine oriental techniques and flavours with the best Italian produce. Specialities include tartare, sushi, noodles, rice, tempura as well as meat and fish

The stylish interiors are very welcoming and allow a look into the kitchen, while the fish counter is in the centre of the room.

Open from 12:30 to 14:30 and from 19:30 to 23:30. Closed on Mondays and on Tuesdays for lunch.
