Il Luogo di Aimo e Nadia Restaurant, Southwest Milan

Refined Italian cuisine at this 2 Michelin star restaurant

featured in Restaurants Updated

This family-run restaurant has been offering Tuscan cuisine for more than 50 years. Owners and chefs Aimo and Nadia show a great respect for the spectacular produce they serve, showcasing Italy's great culinary heritage in an innovative way.

Their cuisine is focused around the best Italian produce with innovative dishes, seemingly simple, which develop the ingredient's original flavour. They offer special tasting menus, such as the 'Grand Tour of Italy' where they showcase produce from all around the country: vegetables from Puglia, fish from Liguria, pasta, lamb from Gargano, Sicilian capers or tiramisu.

Specialities include Spaghettoni of semolina durum wheat with green onion and hot pepper sauce, olive oil and basil from Liguria, Tortelli filled with ossobuco of Piedmontese veal and its marrow with a reduction of its stock flavored with Sardinian saffron and parmigiano or Sorrento lemon cream, lime foam and ‘loomi’ powder, with Apulian almond milk.

Open for lunch Monday to Friday from 12:30 to 14:00. Dinner Monday to Saturday from 19:30 to 22:30. Closed on Sundays.
