Chef Eugenio Boer serves traditional Italian cuisine with modern touches and international flavours, especially northern European and from the Netherlands.
Located on the beautiful patio of a palace, at this restaurant you can order à la carte or try one of the four tasting menus, including a vegetarian one. Specialities include Boer's signature dish, 'Il cervo e la sua istoria' (Deer and its history), made of raw venison with raspberry coulis, foie-gras mousse and liquorice crumble.
Open Mondays from 20:00 to 22:30; Tuesday to Saturday from 12:00 to 14:30 and from 20:00 to 22:30.
