Berton Restaurant, Milan - Centre

Minimalist Michelin starred restaurant

featured in Restaurants Updated

Located in the Porta Nuova Varesine neighbourhood, this restaurant serves the elegant creations of chef Andrea Berton. The menu changes depending on the availability of ingredients proposing, next to the traditional list, a formula "Out to Lunch" that combines great quality with the guests timing requirements.

The restaurant, custom designed with large windows, is minimalist and elegant with an open kitchen. There is a tasting menu, as well as à la carte options, featuring specialities like Scallops with liquorice, Pasta filled with yarrow herb, horseradish and ginger veal sauce or Mango roll with smoked tea ice cream.

However, the unusual protagonist at this restaurant is a broth that, ennobled to the main course, represents the highest synthesis of each dish's main ingredient; there is even a tasting menu dedicated to broth. The restaurant also offers a kitchen table experience, as well as business lunches, a private dining room and a catering service.

Open for lunch from 12:30 to 14:30 and for dinner from 20:00 to 22:30 (Saturday and Monday from 19:30 to 22:30). Closed on Monday and Saturday at lunch, and all day Sunday.
