Alice Restaurant, Milan - Centre

Imaginative Mediterranean cuisine with a Michelin star

featured in Restaurants Updated

Created in 2007 by chef Viviana Varese and sommelier Sandra Ciciriello, this restaurant serves fish and meat prepared with spades of creativity but starting from Mediterranean tradition.

There are two tasting menus, Sandrina and Viviana, as well as à la carte. At lunch, they offer a good quality menu at a lower cost.

Specialities include 'Stracciellami' (Santa Margherita red prawns marinated in lime with tomato water, stracciatella and toasted garlic bread), ' Non togliere l'osso a Mario' (barbecued ossobuco with Piedmont tartare, spring onion, mustard mayonnaise and vinegar glaze), 'Gia' Rotta' (meringue with zabaglione foam, velvety almond soup, crunchy almonds, coffee and strong chocolate sorbet and Timut pepper), 'Bella con l'anima' (crispy calf fries with beetroot ice cream, yoghurt and beetroot earth) and 'Lo spago e la carbonara' (carbonara spaghetti with crispy bacon).

Open from 12:30 to 14:00 and from 19:30 to 22:00. Closed on Sundays.
