Located at an old industrial facility, this multifunctional space is managed by Milan Town Council and open to all. It has a gallery exhibition space and offices of 200m².

The Fabbrica del Vapore was an industrial area dedicated to the production of materials for trains and trams in the early 20th century. They have artist residency programmes, a documentation centre and various spaces.

Exhibitions change frequently. There is also a book and gift shop selling contemporary art books, designer objects, posters and small art pieces.

It also houses c/o (Care Of) a non-profit organization promotes contemporary artistic research and has been active in Milan since 1987.
